Does your team have ideas but lacks the methodology to turn them into impactful solutions? My training sessions are practical experiences where teams learn methodologies by applying them directly to your organization's real challenges.
What outcomes are you aiming for?
01Public Administrations
How to modernize public services to center them on citizens and address their real needs?
It’s not just a technological issue, but one of mindset, methodology, and tools. My training programs are designed to address these three pillars in a practical way:
- Design Thinking Workshop for Public Challenges (1-2 days): A hands-on application to rethink a specific public service from the citizen's perspective. The outcome is a prototype of an improved solution and an initial action plan for its implementation.
- Citizen Co-Creation Workshop (2 days): Participatory methodologies to facilitate sessions that integrate community voices into service design. The outcome is a tested process and a set of insights validated directly with end-users.
- Public Service Mapping & Redesign Program (4-5 weeks): A complete service redesign, from research to blueprint and roadmap. The outcome is a detailed blueprint of the redesigned service and a viable implementation plan.
- Digital Accessibility & Usability Key Principles Workshop (1 day): Foundational knowledge and practical guidelines (WCAG) to make public procedures and websites usable for everyone. The outcome is a prioritized list of actionable improvements for a digital service.
02Organizations & companies
How can I equip my teams to innovate systematically, improve customer experience, and align technology with business goals?
- Design Thinking Sprint (2 days): An intensive sprint to take a business challenge from idea to a validated prototype. The outcome is a functional prototype of the solution, ready for testing and development.
- Service Design Workshop (2-5 days): A methodology for improving the complete customer experience by mapping all their touchpoints. The outcome is a Journey Map and a Service Blueprint of the improved service, with defined priority actions.
- UX/UI Fundamentals Workshop (2 days): Foundational language and principles of experience design for product, marketing, or business teams. The outcome is the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and make user-informed decisions.
- Digital Product Strategy Mentorship (1:1 sessions): Personalized guidance to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. The outcome is a clear, prioritized strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives.
03Agencies & studios
How can I enhance my team's capabilities to win more complex projects without increasing permanent headcount?
- Advanced User Research Program (3-4 weeks): Deep qualitative and quantitative techniques to uncover defensible, high-value insights. The outcome is a reusable research toolkit and a model report ready for client projects.
- Data Visualization & Storytelling Workshop (1-2 days): Transform complex client data into clear, persuasive visual narratives. The outcome is the ability to create dashboards and presentations that communicate insights with impact.
- "Train the Trainer" Program in Agile Methodologies (custom duration): Train your senior staff to replicate and facilitate methodologies like Design Thinking internally. The outcome is your team's methodological independence, enabling them to deliver greater value without constant external dependency.
Which design disciplines do I cover in my training sessions?

Innovating with purpose requires a clear compass. My background in strategic design provides that framework: I teach teams to connect deep user research with business vision, to define problems before falling in love with solutions, and to chart a viable roadmap. The goal is to move from idea to executable strategy, prioritizing initiatives with real impact and aligning creativity, technology, and sustainability.
A good service is an invisible architecture that should feel human and function without friction. In this training, we work at the operational level: we map the user's complete journey, identify the pain points between what is promised and what is actually experienced, and design each touchpoint—digital, physical, and human—to be coherent and valuable. We learn to transform a blueprint into a tangible service that improves the experience and optimizes the organization's internal processes.
Designing successful digital products requires more than intuition; it requires a method. I teach teams to master the complete cycle: from user research and problem validation, to information architecture, interactive prototyping, and user testing. The focus is on building the right thing: prioritizing features, making evidence-based decisions, and ensuring that every interface is not only usable but also solves a real need and delivers business value. We learn by doing, with practical cases and current tools.
